​REFUNDS - If you desire a refund or exchange simply Notify us within seven days of purchase to receive a full refund. NOTE Opened products will NOT be refunded.

METHOD OF REFUND - We'll refund your full purchase price (minus shipping) in the form of an electronic refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

1) Email us at info@biospectrumhemp.com within 7-days of your receipt of product to request a return or refund.

2) Once we receive your request and explanation, we will then issue a refund for the product and email you a confirmation.
